Development of Deployment Software for Aircraft Panels Based on CATIA

Abstract:Aiming at the requirements of efficient deployment of integral panel in aviation field, this paper first establishes a set of complex feature reconstruction method and improves the theoretical basis of complex panel deployment, and then uses MATALB software to redevelop CATIA and build a set of integral panel deployment software based on surface deployment method and feature reconstruction method proposed in this paper. Taking a typical verification part of a wing panel as an example, the deployment accuracy of the software is verified. The results show that the shape and size of the digital simulation of the deployment blank are accurate.
