Abstract:In this paper, the research progress and development direction of the high-speed motorized spindle thermal error compensation technology at home and abroad in recent years has been described, focusing on the analysis of the motorized spindle data detection technology, the temperature measurement point optimization technology, the thermal error modeling technology, the thermal error compensation method, and other aspects. Finally, to promote the development of high-speed motorized spindle thermal error pre-compensation technology, its future research direction has been prospected. The analysis and the outlook of the current situation of several key stages of the high-speed motorized spindle thermal error compensation technology will play an important role in guiding the progress of the thermal error control technology in the field of CNC machining.
