Research on NC Automatic Programming System of Aero-Engine Centrifugal Impeller Based on UG NX

摘要针对航空发动机离心叶轮数控加工编程中存在效率低、不规范、操作繁琐等问题,提出以特征为加工单元,建立了一种从加工特征识别,自动分析特征尺寸,自动创建毛坯,自动拟定加工路线,自动优化和设置切削参数,到生成刀轨原始文件的快速编程机制。并利用 UG 二次开发技术,开发出了自动编程原型系统。应用实例和数控仿真结果表明,该原型系统编程效率不仅提高了 60% 以上,而且编程质量也得到了保证,从而证明了该原型系统的实用性。
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of inefficiency, irregularity and complicated operation in NC programming of aero-engine centrifugal impeller, a fast programming mechanism based on feature as processing unit is proposed, which includes recognition of machining features, automatic analysis of feature dimensions, automatic creation of blanks, automatic formulation of processing routes, automatic optimization and setting of cutting parameters, and generation of original tool path files. Using UG secondary development technology, an automatic programming prototype system is developed. The application examples and numerical simulation results show that the programming efficiency of the prototype system is improved by more than 60%, and the quality of programming is also guaranteed, which proves the practicability of the prototype system.
