Abstract:The rationality of a tolerance allocation plan ensures the efficiency and quality of aircraft products. A typical
aircraft wing box is selected as the study object, and its assembly processing technique is analyzed. Based on the three
dimensional tolerance analyzing software 3DCS, the 3D tolerance analyzing model is built and the assembling process is
simulated. Then, the tolerance allocation plan is designed and optimized. Besides, the structuring display of the 3D tolerance
model is implemented and the mechanism of interactive rapid adjustment for the model is established based on the
development tool CATIA CAA.

高级工程师,工学博士,毕业于英国E x e t e r 大学制造工程专业。目前就职于中航工业北京航空制造工程研究所数字化与柔性装配技术研究室,研究方向为飞机数字化装配容差分析与优化、生产线规划与仿真、生产系统运行管理、排产调度优化算法等。曾负责、参与中国工程院、总装备部预研、北京市智能制造专项、民机科研、航空基金等多项课题,另外参加了若干航空制造企业生产线相关的横向工程项目。发表多篇论文,获软件著作权1 项。
