Abstract:Taking aeronautical composite digital factory construction as the research object, this paper deeply analyzed differences and difficulties between the aeronautical composite major and the others in process of intelligent transformation. Aeronautical composite material manufacturing is a typical discrete manufacturing mode, which involves many special processes, mixed hot and cold processes, and complicated process flow. It is difficult to drive the construction of digital and intelligent system through a single process. In this paper, the construction contents of process automation, terminal construction of internet of things, integrated management and control of equipment and facilities, automatic storage, logistics management and control, paperless manufacturing process in the construction process of aeronautical composite materials digital factory are described in detail. There is a lot of innovation in all the elements, major and systematic management in intelligent manufacturing factory. It implements a relatively complete intelligent manufacturing model in the factory, rather than a single local digitization and intellectualization. A good demonstration of intelligent manufacturing mode of aeronautical composite has been formed. The manufacturing efficiency and quality of aeronautical composite are improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
