Abstract:This paper studies the unified data interface technology under the industrial network environment of heterogeneous equipment, the unified storage and access technology of heterogeneous data in manufacturing site and the visualization application of manufacturing data source. Combined with the characteristics and specific requirements of heterogeneous equipment in metal hot processing workshop, this paper carries out the network architecture design of the combination of C/S and B/S mode, the architecture design of data source channel and the real-time and effectiveness design of data source. Data source IO server technology and digital twin technology have been applied in field equipment such as superplastic forming equipment, TAV gas diffusion furnace, thermoforming equipment, thermal torsion equipment, thermal correction equipment, baking furnace, well furnace, wet spraying equipment, abrasive belt milling and grinding robot, achieving the purpose of real-time perception of the state of the manufacturing site, and realizing the integration of heterogeneous equipment data sources in the digital workshop. The solution of network access and data source acquisition of multi-class heterogeneous equipment studied and implemented in this paper has a good guiding significance in the design of intelligent production line in heterogeneous workshop.
