摘要将增强现实(AR)与 3D 数字化工艺及人工智能(AI)结合,实现装配现场的操作引导、信息感知和操作防错。首先依据人工装配的特点提出 AR 智能装配辅助系统的组成架构和应用模式,随后据此研究 3D 数字化装配工艺建模、现场 AR 注册 / 跟踪 / 融合显示、利用 AR 实时图像通过 AI 图像处理算法提取装配特征信息等关键技术,基于系统组成框架和关键技术开发了 AR 辅助装配原型系统,并以航空发动机装配为对象进行应用验证。结果表明,AR 辅助装配能够解决复杂产品人工装配中的操作提示、目标识别、操作引导与防错等问题。
Abstract:In this paper, augmented reality (AR) is combined with 3D digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to realize the operation guidance, information perception and error prevention of assembly site. Firstly, based on the characteristics of manual assembly, the composition architecture and application mode of the AR intelligent assembly assistance system are proposed, and then 3D digital assembly process modeling, on-site AR registration/tracking/ fusion display, and AR real-time images are used to extract assembly feature information through AI image processing algorithms. The AR auxiliary assembly prototype system was developed based on the system composition framework and key technologies, and the application verification was carried out with the aeroengine assembly as the object. The results show that AR aided assembly can solve the problems of operation prompt, target recognition, operation guidance and error prevention in manual assembly of complex products.
