Abstract:Based on the platform of DELMIA, a system simulation method for posture alignment and docking of aircraft large parts is proposed. After analyzing the overall assembly process and requirements, the difficulties such as simulation of parallel mechanism, motion process and interference analysis are studied: a design scheme of parallel posture alignment system with multi POGO sticks is proposed, which can simulate the united movement of multi POGO sticks and workpiece; the simulation of transportation, positioning, posture alignment, docking and other processes is realized by using Tag points and teaching functions in DELMIA; interference inspection of measurement system and product is added, which can detect the possible collision and light occlusion of laser tracker during the assembly process. Finally, the assembly process of a certain type of aircraft is simulated to verify the effectiveness of this method.
