An assembly process and quality check integrated product type assembly confi guration data network model is proposed to formalize interrelationship among engine, assembly task, assembly process, assembly procedure and check items. An engine assembly confi guration data network model is suggested. It can be used not only to describe instance relationship between engines and product type assembly configuration data templates, but also to maintain engine assembly confi guration after component exchange. Correspondent searching algorithms are designed to compare assembly confi guration between engines, and to output procedure and check items mixed onspot process guide card content dynamically.
The mechanical properties of gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) are simulated predicted by multilayer forward neural network model for titanium alloys. The input parameters of the neural network are alloy compositions, cooling rate and heat treatment conditions, and the output parameters of the neural network are five important mechanical properties of the weld metal of titanium alloys, namely ultimate tensile strength, elongation, reduction of area, yield strength and hardness. The effects of aluminum and vanadium on mechanical properties were investigated in detail.
In order to manage the mass quality information that every production stage produces in product life cycle, every BOM is assigned and embodied quality control information to realize managing the mass information changing and tracking mass problem systematically, completely, and identically. The single source of product data is used as the bottom data support and the method of Object-Oriented is also used to design the model of product XQBOM management in the main three product life cycle stages of design, technology, and manufacturing.
The method of optimizing the fi nite element model (FEM) for the stress concentration is studied. Through comparing the results of different element density and element quality of the sheet with hole under the load (simple tension, biaxial tension, tension and compression), the method of optimizing the fi nite element model is proposed. Moreover, tangential stress of rotor plate of the rotary machine with the method is proposed in the paper, which is verifi ed through comparing the results of the rotor plate with sub-modeling method.
Frame CAD technology for aircraft jig is researched. The frame CAD system based on CATIA using CAA as development tool including a database of sketch and section steel, tools of sweeping and intersection treatment of section steel is developed. This system improved design criterion, knowledge and design reusing in some degree.
Summarize the complex event in the RFID system of supply chain management, and improve the relating concept and defi nition of complex event based on the current research. Analyse the property of the complex event expression. At last, complex detecting algorithm is given and the performance is tested.
