Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology sponsored by AVIC Manufacturing Technology Institute was founded in 1958. It is a semi-monthly journal focusing on manufacturing technology, materials, equipment and technology reports in the aerospace field, and has outstanding influence in the aerospace discipline.

Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology is dedicated to report the latest research and progress in aerospace manufacturing field and relevant interdisciplinary subjects, involves special processing, additive manufacturing, CNC technology, digital design and manufacturing technology, intelligent manufacturing, detection technology, advanced materials preparation and manufacturing, digital assembly, mechanical connection technology, plastic processing, welding technology, surface engineering technology, machining equipment, advanced simulation analysis in processing, and laser weapon system, etc.
