By taking DMC60H Horizontal machining center as a test platform, processing of the shell to aluminum alloy parts as study object, NC milling test data is extracted, and BP neural network is used to build optimization model for NC milling parameters. Production proves that NC milling parameter optimization method presented is practical and advanced. It can improve the processing efficiency and is also greatly signifi cant for realizing efficiency optimization.

The pictures of rear face wear of cutting tool are taken by wear detection technology. The wear status is analyzed and wear amount is decided based on wear pictures. The simulation of long-time cutting tool wear is realized by the method combined with discrete cutting tool wear process and FE simulation. The principle, construction and detection process of wear detector are introduced. And the initial application of wear detector in cutting parameter optimization of diffi cult-to-cut material and new cutting tool selection is carried out.

72 Analysis of Key Component of Large Composites Fiber Placement Machine

The key components of large composites fiber placement machine are calculated and analyzed. The overall structure of mesh and load constraints of fiber placement machine are introduced. The deformation and the deformation of linear motion accuracy are caused by the weight of the fiber placement machine when the beams and fiber placement head are in a different working position. Analysis of data on key components of fiber placement machine provides a theoretical basis for structural optimization, in particular, anti-deformation of beam design provides important data.

The compensation system for the spindle elongation of high-speed NC machine tool is designed and implemented in this paper. The analysis of high-speed spindle elongation principle is presented. And the specifi c measures and implementing methods of axis compensation are put forward, and PLC controlling program is made. Test data shows the feasibility of this compensation method. Application of this method improves the machining precision, and this method can be promoted widely.
