Abstract The results of spinning-force algorithm are different.By the new structure of three rollers vertical spinning machine, the design of calibration experiment and the dynamic spinning experiment are designed to analyze the difference. Statistical analysis of the experimental results obtained for the existing experimental data, and the modifi ed spinning force algorithm selected to provide the effective reference.
