Research on Planning Scheduling Method in Aircraft Composite Material Workshop
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.09.009
The methods and processes of planning schedule in the composite material workshop are given and relatively optimized scheduling function based on heuristic algorithm according to the reality of one of China aviation composite material workshop is established. This algorithm regards each of the production teams as a relatively independent unit. The algorithm is designed not only considering the characteristics of the production of composite material, but also dealing with sudden emergency, making the algorithm more practicable in the actual situation of the composite material workshop, and ultimately improve the productivity of the workshop.

Development of Automatic Riveting Data Management System Based on Web
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.09.020
The realization scheme of the automatic riveting machine’s riveting data management system, which is based on web structure is described. Based on the object-oriented technology, the automatic riveting database system is built up, and the manufacturing parameters of riveting process are adjusted and optimized automatically. Automatical reading and querying of the accurate data, and generating of the report forms in detail are acheived. The efficiency and dependability of data processing for large wing is improved greatly, which is helpful to exploitation of some data processing system oriented to small databases.

Rigidity Expression Model Research of Barrel Thin-Walled Parts
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.09.008
The finite element model of thinwalled barrel like parts was established, the multi-factor orthogonal design method and the regression analysis method were used to obtain an empirical formula for calculating the rigidity of the parts. The expression of the static rigidity was obtained only with elastic modulus and geometric parameters of the parts. The expression model would be easy to be stored and searched in the database and to be used to revise the cutting parameters.

Effects of Magnetic Field of Filament Current on Beam Current Quality of Electron Gun
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.09.007
In directly heated electron guns, the cathode current generates a magnetic field that will change trajectories of electrons. The deflection of the electron beam caused by a cathode magnetic field can be estimated with an equivalent plane diode analytical model. It is shown that such a magnetic field really can affect the practical operating characteristics of an electron gun. The equations suggested for engineering calculation agree well with results of computer simulation for the real construction of a three-electrode gun. It is shown that a magnetic field which changes with time leads to a dispersive electron beam and causes a substantial decrease in the accuracy of positioning of the beam on the object, irremovable by the static alignment of the device.

Research of Production Process Control Based on Fuzzy Control
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.09.022
To achieve the real-time control of production process and improve the ability for processing uncertainty, the model of multistage push-pull (MPP) are led into, and a control model based on fuzzy control is proposed. The object of dynamic control is to keep the work-in-process inventory at low level and the workflow is balanced, which is achieved by adjusting and controlling the key factor that affect the process real-time in the mode.

Investigation of HAZ and Its Influence of Laser Cutting 2A12 Aluminum Alloy
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.09.006
The pulsed CO2 laser cutting experiment of 2A12 aluminum alloy is carried out to study the morphology and element of fracture surface as well as the size and microstructure of hear affected zone. Then, compared with water-jet cutting, the influences of heat affected zone on single-direction tesile properties and fatigue life of specimen are analyzed, and the factigue fracture is studied using microscope.

Investigation on Laser Direct Deposited GH163/Rene95 Nickel Based Dual-Alloy
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.09.005
To meet the requirement of different properties at different location within one component, a thin wall from GH163/Rene95 nickel based dual-alloy is fabricated by laser direct deposition. Microstructure and the interface between these two alloys of the deposited materials are characterized in detail. The results indicates that, epitaxial directional solidification microstructure is obtained for both alloys along the building-up direction, which passes through the interface of the dual-alloy. And there is no clear interface between these two alloys. Microhardness tests show that there existes a transition region, with which hardness changed smoothly. The interface bonding strength of the dual-alloy is higher than that for as-deposited GH163 alloy, which is about 800 MPa.
