76 Research on Static Load Test-Bed Control System of Aero-Tyre Based on PCC

The load test-bed control system for aero-tyre based on PCC and IPC is designed, this system takes advantage of the high reliability and expandability of PCC. Load test-bed control system for aero-tyre is constructed, which is functionally powerful and stable. The PCC is used to improve automation level of the load testbed control system for aero-tyre, to deduce the complex degree of the electrical control system , to make the load test-bed control system for aero-tyre to reliably complete the task of the static properties detection.

The unidirectional reinforced composites skin is widely applied. 3 ways including co-curing, co-bonding and secondary bonding of rib and skin are studied and compared. According to the requirement of rib pressurizing during co-curing, 3 structure including all steel mold, semi-steel mold and full fl exible mold are analyzed, and the processing of materials are tested and researched.

83 Reliability Analysis of Electro-Hydraulic Actuator Based on Fuzzy Fault Tree

By means of fuzzy fault tree analysis method, a systemic analysis of the relevant factors which caused the output instability of electro-hydraulic actuator is carried out, and its fault tree is also established. It processes the experts group estimation on the fault without statistical information by using expert graded method. The way of changing into fuzzy math is expatiated, and the happening probability of all the base events are presented with triangular fuzzy number. The fuzzy fault tree algorithm is used to calculate the confidence interval of top event and each subsystem, and the fuzzy signifi cance of basic events is obtained. Then the way for the system improvement is pointed, which provides large complex electro-hydraulic actuator references for reliability analysis.

88 Tooth Shape Error Measurement of Straight Bevel Gear Based on Electrical Generating

According to the traditional inspection method for straight bevel gear’s tooth shape error based on the contact moulage exists defects of difficult quantitative description of geometric errors and poor trace ability vector-valued, a kind of tooth shape error measurement and evaluation method of straight bevel gear based on electrical generating is presented. Firstly, the theory tooth shape of straight bevel gear and mathematical model of tooth shape error measurement is established, then sensor in space scanning straight bevel gear’s tooth shape and forming theory curve on the gear measurement center is controlled based on the closed-loop AC servo control system, tooth shape error of straight bevel gear is measured and evaluated based on the sensor readings in the process of continuous scanning. Experiment results show that, this method can realize the automatic measurement and evaluation of straight bevel gear’s tooth shape error in existing CNC gear measurement center, and has signifi cant advantage of the measurement effi ciency, high degree of automation, and good vector-valued traceability.

92 Application of AC Sampling in Aircraft Generator Control Unit

In order to improve the quality of aircraft power system, the AC sampling technology is studied. AC sampling technology is used to collect realtime adjustment point voltage and other parameters. Then through digital signal processing algorithm the collected data is analyzed and also the working state of the power supply system is monitored. TMS320F2812 is used as core of controller. The test results show that the system has higher precision and reliability and it is meaningful in the development of digital aircraft power system.

96 Research on Process Technology of CICC Superconductive Conductor Crust

Better weld quality is received by choosing technical parameter of weld (weld current is 150A, weld voltage is 8.8V, weld speed is 0.7~1.0 m/min). There is no pore and flaw in weld seam of the product, the temperature of proximal weld seam in welded CICC conduct is less than 183℃, so the electric is better. Compression resistance of weld seam is more than 5 MPa, and airproof capability is better. Product can meet demands of specifi cation.

99 Research on Relationship Between Agling Creep and Stress Relaxation of Al-Alloy
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2011.11.005
A theoretical method for obtaining stress relaxation curve from creep curve is proposed in this paper. This method is based on the analysis of relationship between creep and stress relaxation. In order to verify the theoretical model, creep and stress relaxation experiments at 177 ℃ on 7075T6 aluminum alloy are performed, and results are compared with those predicted by the model for stress relaxation. Good agreements between the model predictions and the experiment results are found.
