Abstract The unidirectional reinforced composites skin is widely applied. 3 ways including co-curing, co-bonding and secondary bonding of rib and skin are studied and compared. According to the requirement of rib pressurizing during co-curing, 3 structure including all steel mold, semi-steel mold and full fl exible mold are analyzed, and the processing of materials are tested and researched.
