Abstract Through analyzing current national cutting parameter database, template mechanism "alive" database is forwarded,which is based on B/S structure,data structure can be tailored for the input and inquire of data. Technical system is brought in which can optimize and review the cutting parameter. The development of this system is very important to speed the application of cutting technique.
