Abstract:In order to meet the technical requirements of amphibious aircraft flight safety, total life of the fuselage structure and the interval between repairs, for the harsh operating environment of the amphibious aircraft and the characteristics of the failure of the protection system of the typical structural parts of the aircraft, refer to similar domestic and foreign protection technology methods, according to corrosion Pre-research results of protection and control, comprehensive governance of the SH–5 Maritime Bomber and domestic and foreign civil aircraft engineering application experience, comprehensive consideration of specific engineering applications, through materials selection, surface protection, anti-corrosion sealing, ventilation and drainage, corrosion inhibitor selection and other technologies application research, we carry out the application research on corrosion protection and control technology of amphibious aircraft according to the corrosion protection thought of the whole life cycle. Up to now, the surface protection and sealing of the base structure are normal and effective. The results of the selection and verification of the protection system and the water-tight and oil-tight tests show that the application of this protection technology has achieved the anti-corrosion development goal of the first renovation of 6 years.
