Abstract:The blowing boundary layer control system can improve the maximum lift coefficient of the wing and rudder surfaces in the process of taking off and landing, however, the increase of maximum lift coefficient can reduce the water landing load of amphibious aircraft. The influence of water landing load of amphibious aircraft on the weight of aircraft hull and float structure was researched. A layout of the blowing boundary layer control system was designed. The weight and center data of the blowing boundary layer control system were estimated. The influence of the increase of maximum lift coefficient on the distribution of waterlanding load was analyzed. The influence of the waterlanding load variation on the weight and center of aircraft hull and float was evaluated by engineering estimation method. After the installation of the blowing boundary layer control system, the water landing load of a amphibious aircraft is reduced by 26.4%, the weight of the hull and float structure can be reduced by 15.3%, the weight reduction of the hull and float structure is approximately the same as that of adding the blowing boundary layer control system, no loss of aircraft weight and balance performance.
