Abstract:Aiming at the drawbacks of traditional material delivery in aircraft assembly workshop, a dynamic and precise material distribution method driven by process model is proposed, and a material precise distribution management system in aircraft assembly workshop is constructed. The key technical difficulties involved in the system construction are expounded. A model-based three-dimensional visual consumption BOM reconstruction method is adopted to establish and design a model. The MBOM process model with dynamic synchronization and precision can obtain material information in real time by using the advantages of RFID technology and guide AGV material transportation platform through indoor GPS system to realize high-precision material distribution in assembly station.
