Abstract:This text is about to analyze the structure and material of the composites wing skin of a certain type airplane
and make tape laying project. Combined with the accurate controlling design, parallel and cross laying, automated
placement and laser projection, and the automatic blanking technology, it successfully applied the tape laying technology
to produce composites wing skin, which is accepted by the internal quality test, and meets the requirements of the tape gap
and surface quality, laying a solid foundation for the laying machine technology application in composites.
