Abstract：With the beginning of life extend-
ing of the interference composites connection mechanism,
the drilling and interference installation of composites and
the metal mixed sandwich is discussed, the fatigue life of
different interference range and different form of joint and
load distribution of mixed sandwich structure of interfer-
ence connetion are analysed to obtain the suitable inter-
ference range and installation method and to enhance the
requirement of the fatigue life of the overall structure .
