The theoretical framework of composite manufaeturing cost, modeling process of practical standard process and concept model of standard modular are expounded. Some problems and solutions of cost estimating in practical application are pointed out.
The approach to collaborative process planning based on CSCW is put forward. The CSCW technology and the application state in process planning in manufacturing enterprise are analyzed. Collaborative process planning model is also founded. Based on the development of collaborative process planning based on integrated on CAPPFramework and Teamcenter in an aviation manufacturing enterprise, the architecture of CSCW -CAPP system is founded. Key technologies of collaborative process planning are discussed in detail. XML tool is used for the communication, cooperation and harmony of collaborative procedures in CSCW-CAPP system.
The linear relationship between the standard deviations and means of lgNf in different strain levels is discovered by the statistical analysis of the HCF and LCF fatigue test data of AL 7050-T7451, and a strain-based probabilistic model of fatigue life is presented, which is suitable for HCF and LCF. Furthermore, the probabilistic model with confidence of 0.95 is established based on the interval estimation of the standard deviations and means of lgNf. The fatigue reliability of a mechanical hand on space shuttle is analyzed by this model, and the distribution of fatigue life and reliable life with reliability of 0.9987 are obtained.

For using the polymer quenchant during the heat treatment of aluminum alloy, several tests of the polymer quenchant of Aquatensid BW are conducted, including the measurement of cooling rate curve, conductivity, mechanical properties and metallurgy properties, etc. The results provide a guideline to choose polymer quenchant, and on this basis Aquatensid BW is used in the heat treatment of 6061 Aluminum Alloy parts.
