The microstructure and mechanical property of the argon-arc welding seam between the Ti6Al2ZrMoV alloy laser rapid forming (LRF) and hot rolled plate are studied. The results of Erickson test at room temperature review that the tension strength and ductility are both lower than that of LRF and hot rolled matrixes.
A novel voxel recognition methodology using the concepts of feature-based technology and shape distributions is proposed. First, a uniformly distributed random point is obtained from a triangle mesh model. Then, the euclidean distance of any two random points is computed. A shape distribution curve is constructed by having a statistic of the distance values.
The method of how CAPP obtains attribute information, structure information and figure information of the products from PDM’s database in the PDM integrated frame is discussed. At the same time, the format and type of data-document in CAD/CAPP/PDM system are studied and documents in different format are divided into the unformatted document and formatted one. A model and application instance that how process document , process key-element and attribute information stores CAPP data are explained in detail.
Task scheduling is one of the basic software for achieving digital manufacturing of the shop. A dynamic scheduling method based on static scheduling of genetic algorithm is proposed, which has been applied in shop scheduling of small batch aeronautical products. Combined with manufacture and machine tool constrains, the scheduling problems of the shortest processing cycle under rules are researched, and the validity is analyzed through specifi c examples.
In order to monitor and analyze the process of hard cutting, a signal acquisition system based on virtual instrument is established for gathering acoustic emission (AE) signal and vibration signal during hard cutting process. The wavelet transforming of AE and vibration signals shows that they are closely related to machining speed. AE signal raises with the increasing of machining speed of hardened steel, but the vibration signal decreased.
The monitoring technology of manufacturing execution process based on business collaboration is developed to solve complex manufacturing execution problem in the multi-products and various mass production.
