Under the environment of rapid scalable batch production demand,the paRem of extended manufacturing‘‘super-network”chain of large engineering equipment is put forward based on the concept of extended collaborative manufacturing resource.“RKCQ’’flow model of extended manufacturing capability cell is given.The reference model system of extended manufacturing‘‘supernetwork'’ chain is also constructed,as well as the constructing process model and the enable technology framework, whose purpose is to provide manufacturing capability reserve for large engineering equipment manufacturing system dealing with the uncertain demand.
The tensile and fatigue properties of TC4 titanium alloy and the joints welded by two different welding parameters with Electron Beam Welding are investigated.The fatigue life values of the electron beam welding joints under the same stress level,are evaluated by statistic approach.The results show that the tensile strength of electron beam welding joints increases and the elongation rate decreases compared with the base metal.
Base on the analysis on the turbine guide vane and the structure claracteristic of investment model and the tneory of feature mapping, the structure feature, the restriction relationship of inner feature and the geometrical element composing feature are distilled. The die cavity model for the investment casting die design and manufacturing is obtained by adding machining alowance, technical accesories and ratio of shrinkage into inside and outside part model of guide vane. And then the automatic conversion among models of the investment casting die design is realized. This method shortens the design cycle of the investment casting die and has the important value in theory and practical aplication.
Proposed a water soluble coring and tooling material used for polymer matrix of composite parts.This material can be satisfied with the temperature requirement of process and also be removed from cured composite parts.The influences of composition and fabrication process on the heat resistance and washout capability are investigated in detail.
