The function feature of current EDA system and PDM system, and the integration requirements between systems are analyzed. The integration frame of EDA system and PDM system are established. The working principles of file integration and component integration are investigated. The integration interface modules of EDA system and PDM system are developed by using component technology, and the integration between Protel 99SE and SmarTeam is realized.
Wearing performance by the turning machining of hardened steel, cold ̄hardened cast iron and composite materials are studied. It illustrated that PCBN cutting tool is superior in cutting performance compared to cemented carbide and ceramics cutting tools. In recent years, with great improvement in production process and overall mechanical properties, PCBN cutting tool material can make rough machining of ferrous metal effectively.
The theory of system simulation is used to calculate an estimation of project’s completion period, based on which the project procedures are modeled. The key approach is to use Monte Carlo simulation. With the power of Java multithreading technique, a parallel grid calculation is applied to simulate an example and optimize it. Computing result and time record show that, not only this approach can work out the project schedule estimation with distribution and a certain critical path, but also shorten the simulation time and increase the efficiency.
A durative project risk management mechanism of inter-organizational collaboration is presented. At the period of risk factors’ identification, an identification method based on characteristic-factor modeling technology, checklist and flow chart is put forward. In the period of risk quantificational management, a sort of realization method is described as following, at first, the single risk quantification can be handled by the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method; secondly, the whole risk quantification can be handled by the improved PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Techniques) method. In the period of risk response, a response method on the basis of ANN (Artificial Neural Networks) and frame knowledge expression and reasoning is put forward, and a mixed expert system which can make the risk response intelligent is built up. Results indicate that the method of risk management is feasible.
