New Language of Engineer – Model Based Defi nition
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.21.013
Traditional product defi nition technology, mainly uses engineering drawings, which illustrates geometric structure and manufacturing requirements of product by drafting on papers, and is used to share and delivery design and manufacturing information. Model based definition is a new method completely, with the core of the 3D model. It integrates information of design and manufacturing into the model, allowing the CAD and CAM (processing, assembling, measuring, testing), etc. to achieve high degree of integration, no longer uses engineering drawings.

Implementation of Assembly Process Micro-Planning in DELMIA
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.21.014
In order to integrate the processes of computer aided assembly process planning and simulation in the large and complex product manufacturing such as an aircraft or a ship, etc,the concept of assembly process micro-planning(APMP) is proposed. By using APMP for information sharing and transferring between the area of process planning and process simulation, so the both is integrated. Besides, by using CAA to develop new function based on DELMIA,this technology is implemented. And the electro-assembly order and assembly process video can be output to guide the workers to implement a product assembly in a work shop.

Study on Lifetime Control Method for Airborne Equipment of a Certain Aircraft
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.21.008
The large number of airborne equipment of a certain aircraft, and lack of unity of lifetime bring a great deal of inconvenience to maintenance and support. On the basis of analyses of fi xed ways and means of life extension for airborne equipment, lifetime control process is analyzed. It shows that the method can simplify maintenance and support work, save expenses incurred.

Dynamical Optimization Design and Reliability Analysis of Metal Bellows for Aviation Pipelines
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.21.009
A dynamical optimization analysis of a metal bellows for aviation pipelines is carried out with the finite element method (FEM). To avoid the first four order resonance frequencies, the bellows is optimized by maximizing the fi rst order natural frequency as optimization object and taking the wall-thickness , convolution height of the bellows and the position of sustainment as design variables. Based on the results from dynamical optimization analysis , the Monte-Carlo method is introduced to analysis the parameter sensitivity to the natural frequency of bellows system. It is shown that the Young’s modulus, the density of the material property and wall-thickness, convolution height of bellows are major factors to low order natural frequency. Finally, the distributing of the fi rst four order natural frequencies is analysed and the interference theory is used to process the bellows system’s anti-resonance reliability analysis. The results can do help in anti-resonance design and the reliability estimation of bellows system.

BSC/AHP Based Decision Method of Supplier Selection
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.21.024
For the problem of the supplier selection decision, a supplier selection method which combines Balanced Score Card (BSC) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed. BSC is used to primarily select and eliminate unsuitable suppliers, then takes financial, customers, internal operation, learning and growth factors as evaluations criteria of supplier candidates. AHP is used to select the most satisfi ed supplier from suitable suppliers. Finally, a case is presented to illustrate the validity of the method proposed.

Position Accuracy Measuring and Error Compensation Method of NC Machine Tool Based on Laser Interferometer
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.21.018
Aimed at the sharp decline of the position accuracy, the experiment method of using ML10 Laser interferometer to measure the machine accuracy of position is introduced. Furthermore through the analysis of the measure data, it is demonstrated that the error compensation is feasible.

Test Research of the Cutting Parameters Optimizing for 7075 Aluminium Alloy
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.21.010
The method of optimizing the parameters of high speed machining for 7075 aluminium alloy and the process to realize it are researched through kinetic theory of parameters testing analysis and dynamics emulation software, and problems in information collecting, calculating and data validation that should be noticed are also proposed in this article. The experiments indicate that in the stable condition, the reasonable choice of cutting parameters can improve the removal rate effectively.
