82 Comparative Study of Friction and Wear Behavior of Carbon/Carbon Composites and Copper Alloy for Bearing#br#
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.19.002

Friction tester(UMT-200)and surface topograply (Talysurf CCI 2000) were used to characterize the friction and wear behavior of carbon/carbon composites, copper alloy and copper alloy with MoS 2 coating. In the result, under the same condition, the friction coeffi cient of copper alloy is approximately 0.65, the friction coefficient of copper alloy with MoS 2 coating lies between 0.25 and 0.3, moreover its liner wear rate is merely one third to that of copper alloy. However because of the destroy of MoS 2 coating during the casting experimental stage, its friction coeffi cient increased to around 0.35. The friction coefficient of carbon/carbon composites always kept at 0.12~0.13, and its liner wear rate is just one sixth as much as that of copper alloy. The wear-resistance and self-lubrication properties of carbon/carbon composites were performed well.

84 MMS: The Latest Green Skin Machining System
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.19.003
Mirror milling system(MMS) is the latest skin machining system developed by DUFIEUX company, also it’s the latest green machining technology which can replace the hand dressing and the chemical milling. This paper introduces the working principle and the application status of the MMS, compared with the traditional skin machining system, MMS is an advanced, environment protected and promotional system.

87 Method of Part Process Assignment Planning and Its Evaluation
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.19.005
Aiming for solving part process assignment planning, a method named process assignment planning based on shop capability is proposed and the method of process assignment route is researched. In this method, shop capability model is built by the capability of machine tools and process unit and manufacturing shop is selected by shop capability and status and the route is formed. On the basis, multi-candidate routes are evaluated by multi-fuzzy comprehensive appraisement to select optimal process assignment route. Finally, the method is verified by an example.

95 Capability Study of Aviation Sub-Contracting Manufacture Based on SPM
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.19.020
With the request of manufacture capability in aviation sub-contracting manufacture (ASCM) to the aviation enterprises, the evaluation factors of ASCM Capability are analysed, the ASCM capability model and three-dimensional mult-levels capability structure are established based on Supplier Performance Measurement(SPM),and the capability evaluation method is given for aviation enterprises to evaluate their capability. This capability evaluation model and method can be introduced to aviation enterprises to analyse the ASCM capability state and point out the developing directions.
