66 Multi-Objective Optimization of Aircraft Assembly Tolerance Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

In the process of designing and manufacturing of aircraft, a reasonable assembly tolerance allocation is an effective way to improve the assembly accuracy, decrease the manufacturing cost and increase the success ratio of assembly at one time. So, fi rstly the multi-objective optimization model of assembly tolerance oriented on the assembly performance, the manufacturing cost and the assembly complexity is presented here. Secondly, a new method combined Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is employed to solve the multi-objective optimization model by using AHP to determine the weight factors and get the optimization model as a fi tness function. Finally, the method is applied in a fl ap component assembly tolerance for a certain type of aircraft, which proves the optimization results can meet the design requirements and improve assembly tolerance effi ciency.

According to the characteristics of superplastic micro-extrusion, micro-extrusion finite element model is built. The infl uences of size effect are simulated and analyzed by extrusion pressure, effective stress distribution and the changes of fl ow grid, on the basis of size effect of parts at micro dimension. Through this study, the necessary information and guides are provided for the further research of extrusion of micro-parts.

76 Principle and Application of High-Speed Balancing of Thin-Walled Flexible Shaft

The vibration will be very strong when the flexible shaft is rotating, and the balancing in one speed will break the balancing in another speed. The balancing of fl exible shaft is different from the balancing of rigid shaft. The vibration of the flexible shaft can not be eliminated and the balancing purpose also can not be reached by adopting the rigid delivering method. Many methods which are keeping ahead in international are concluded by many theory researches and practical experiences, and good effects are obtained.

87 Two Types of Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Based on Inventory

The operation efficiency of supply chain in three nodes, named manufacturer, distributor and retailer is discussed based on the inventory. The supply chain takes the reactive type and effi cient type as the model basis. Firstly, the actual enterprise is regarded as a prototype, and the forecasting method is employed to predict the inventory levels of two types of supply chain. Afterwards, the hypothesis test is used for the signifi cance test of the two types of supply chain. The study results show that the inventory level of each node enterprise in the reactive supply chain system is significantly lower to that in the efficient supply chain systems, indicating the decrease of inventory levels at large amplitude.

93 Study on Forming Machining Technology of EDM Grinder

EDM forming machining for outer profile of circular pieces is realized by functional developing and technology researching on EDM honeycomb grinder. This technology is a new and unique machining process,it breaks through the traditional process of EDM honeycomb grinder that only grinds the inner wall of ring part honeycomb piece, it realizes low-cost and high-efficient grinding and forming machining for workpiece outer profi le, and solve many technical problems, for instance, the material is diffi cult to grind, the surplus of the special surface structure is diffi cult to decrease and so on.
