Finite Element Analysis on Head Forming Process of Ti-6Al-4V Hexagon Bolt

Bolt head used in aviation industry is various and very complex, and usually formed by forging. By using a simulation software, the head forming process of Ti-6Al-4V hexagon bolt is simulated, and the stress field, strain field, temperature field and material flow are analyzed. Meanwhile the possible faults like folding and crack are predicted, which can offer theory basis for the design and improvement of the process.

Permeability of Preform With Resin
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.10.002
An experimental investigation is carried out to deal with the permeability of preform with resin by applying the unidirectional saturated flow method. Several factors which affect the permeability are studied, including the rate of resin in preform, the ply stacking sequence, the injection pressure and the temperature. The results indicate that the rate of resin in preform influence the permeabiliy, and the laws for different ply stacking sequence are not the same. For glass fabric of (0,90), the permeability increases first, then decreases, and finally increases as the increasing of resin. The injection pressure and the temperature do not have remarkable effect on the permeability.

Rapid Generation of Two-Dimensional Drafting of Turbine Blade Body Profile Cross Section Line

To realize the drafting of the turbine blade body profile cross section line rapidly, with turbine blade structure characteristic being united, the characteristic of cross section line should be abstracted before generating the drafting. Taking some type of the turbine blade as the concrete example, the process of abstracting characteristic, drafting generating and automatic table dimensioning of the data leading-in generated exterior cross section line are introduced. The method of abstracting characteristic of exterior cross section of arbitrarily altitude of turbine blade is expounded in detail.

Evaluation of Interior Environment Design of Aircraft Passenger Cabin Based on Fuzzy-AHP

Based on establishing the evaluation index firstly, Fuzzy AHP synthesize evaluation method is used to realize the conversion of qualitative attributes to quantitative attributes, and the evaluation analytical model of interior environment design of airplane passenger cabin is constructed which overcome the subjective and randomness, and scientific assessment is achieved. Moreover, evaluation system software for aircraft passenger cabin is designed as demonstration.

Methods of Establishing Aircraft Fuel ALIs Based on FTA&FMEA

“Unsafe condition” is determined with four-element evaluation criteria, and the problem of flammability exposure time is settled with MonteCarlo method. When determining the service intervals, FTA,FMEA are used to develop safety assessment and find fault modes relating to “unsafe condition”, then calculation of reliability degree distribution and service intervals is achieved.

Fault Diagnosis Method for Gyro in Double-Redundant Strapdown Control System

Considering rocket double-redundant strapdown control system consisting of six twodimension-of-freedoms gyros, advantages of integrated hardware redundancy and analytical redundancy, an advanced method for gyro fault diagnosis is designed; by using neural network observer, not only the problem which the fault diagnosis method based on hardware redundancy could not solve is able to be solved, but also the weakness of traditional analytical redundancy method could be overcome; by gyros’ adaptive thresholds, the robustness of fault diagnosis is improved; and it achieves the recovery of a fault gyros’ data.

Laser Welding Repairing Technology of Aircraft Ti-Alloy Structure
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.10.011
On the basis of IPG’s 4kW fibre laser equipment, the effect of jointing interspace, equivalent welding line energy and other technology parameters on the TC4 alloy’s joint strength are researched. It is found that under the optimal parameters, the joint’s strength can reach 99.5% of the matrix’s strength, which can meet the demand of damage’s repairing of aircraft Ti-alloy structrue.
