71 Distribution of Aero-Engine Turbine Blades Life Based on Few Data

By analyzing HPT-1 blades field failure data, 3D mathematical model is built considering the factors affect blade life, such as failure mode and maintenance condition. HPT-1 blades life distribution histogram is obtained by dimensional reduction. The error is assumed between the histogram and the Weibull distribution curve assumed with least square method, which provides an available method for field data management and a proof for HPT-1 maintenance arrangement of aviation enterprise. It is of importance for reducing downtime, and improving operation efficiency for aviation enterprise.

According to the gray of information for evaluation,a supplier evaluation of a multilevel gray evaluation method is presented, and an example for this method is given, an easy and simple method to select supplier for enterprise is supplied.

It is a indispensable means of virtual equipment training in knowing equipment and actually training.In this paper,a technology method applying creator to three-dimensional modeling of virtual equipment is introduced.Three key technologies about instance,LOD and billboard used in the modeling are discussed.The contradiction between accuracy and data quantity in three-dimensional modeling of virtual equipment is solved by these methods in actual application.

82 Shape Optimization of Morphing Wing Based on the Bi-Level Optimization Strategy

According to the requirements of the multi-mission missile morphing wing shape optimization design, the infl uence of morphing wing on the gross weight and fl ight permance of missile is studied.Given the initial scheme, a hybrid optimization method coupling genetic algorithm and pattern search is chosen to complete the optimization task. The results show that the gross weight and fuel consumption decrease by 5.46% and 15.25% separately.

86 Design of Location Fixture for Concentricity of Launcher Suspension Hole

The concentricity of suspension hole is one of the key dimension for launcher,which affects the suspending accuracy,and this result in the tolerance is being made necessarily tight.According to the machining process,a fi xture which is comprised of the fl atted location pin,the location key and the base plate is presented.The fixture eliminates the six freedoms when work is located.The process calculation of the jig is also carried out.Accuracy is ensured by machining suitable location features,and the clamp can be operated quickly but with safety.The qualified concentricity of suspension hole is processed to meet the demand of mass patch production.

89  Evaluation Model of Aircraft Battle Damage Repair Capability Based on SPA

The factors that effect on aircraft battle damage repair capability are analyzed, and an index system is built for repair capability evaluation. The evaluation model of aircraft battle damage repair capability based on identical discrepancy contrary(IDC) of set pair analysis(SPA) is established. At last,the practical calculation shows the evaluation model is feasible and effective.

93 Tool Life Prediction Model Based on BP Neural Network
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2010.08.019
The dominant factors affecting tool life are analyzed. According to the nonlinear relationship between factors and tool life, the tool life prediction model based on BP neural network is built up and the computing and demonstration are carried out by using this model. The results show that the model prediction value is very closed to the expected value of tool life, so the model is proved to be reliable and effective.
