The key process of collecting and handling penetrating signal of automatic electro stream machining is represented. Based on the analysis of principle and feature of electro stream machining, the technology of penetrating signal collecting, handling and feedback is broken through and automatic eletro stream machining is achieved by monitoring the photoelectricity and image of returning fl uid during the processing of small hole.

The temperature variation process in the GH4169 superalloy inertia friction welding joint is measured by means of embedding thermocouples in workpieces, using the temperature testing system based on an industry control computer. The temperature distribution in the axial direction and radial direction of weldments is obtained and the varying law of the temperature distribution is analyzed.

89 Research and Implement of Process Knowledge Database in Rapid Process Preparation System

The process knowledge database is introduced, which uses typical part with machining features to create typical process. By creating the association between the typical part and new part, the difference between typical part and new part is analyzed, and process for the new part is derived. Thus the inferential system is simple, and the inferential results are believable, and the maintenance of typical process is more convenient. In addition, this process knowledge database also contains process parameters, tools, and other basic data, which can be used for building typical process, and be used by technicians as references to design process.

A helicopter “ground resonance”space model with magneto-rheological as blade is discussed, and the equations of motion based on the calculation of magneto-rheological damping force model is built. Through the simulation, the rationality and effectiveness of the mechanical model and the method of calculating are proved.
