在本设计中采用机电一体化的技术,通过使用一种计算机算法消除由公垂线引起的系统误差来保证五轴定位平台的定位定姿精度。在零件制造和装配时,轴与轴之间不能零对零相交,它们之间存在公垂线。如果不消除公垂线,将会产生系统误差而无法保证加工精度。本设计使用西门子 840D 作为控制系统,公垂线为系统参数。

62 A Reinforced Core-Material Used in Bermuda Triangel of Integral Structure of Composites

A new kind of reinforced core-material fi lled in the Bermuda Triangle of integral structure named ZXC190、ZXC195,as well as the manufacturing technology and testing method of mechanical properties of joints fi lled with this reinforced core-material are introduced. The initial damage load and failure load of joints are presented. The test results show that compared to the joints fi lled prepreg, the tensile performance of these joints with the reinforced core-material ZXC190、ZXC195 along the web direction had been signifi cantly increased.

The system links with CATIA seamlessly and describes navigation mechanism, search strategy, 3D model preview based on CAA, engineering algorithm and diagram interpolation technology. 75 Study on Process of Cold Extrusion Forming Internal Thread of Aircraft Landing Gear

The FE simulation process of cold extrusion forming internal threads with advanced non-linear FEA software ANSYS/LS-DYNA by using FEA method of rigid-plastic is achieved. Then the distribution law of stress and strain in cold extrusion forming are obtained, and the FEA method of metal plastic forming is described in detail. The result indicates that compression strain on external surface and tensile strain on internal surface of the work piece are produced by tapping torque in cold extrusion process, and strain increases gradually from inside surface to outside surface, the maximal strain appeares on outermost surface, the tensile strength and fatigue property of internal threads are greatly improved, which playes a guideline role for controlling technical parameters in cold extrusion process of internal threads and simulation of FEA method in plastic forming.

82 Application of Automatic Micro-Assembly Technology in Airborned Mechanical/Electronic/Optical Sensor Assembly

The overall thoughts and plans of applying of automatic micro-assembly technologies for airborned sensors are introduced. Based on the research of micro parts holding, precise positioning, micro-vision and online measurement technologies, the fi ber gyro assembly system and accelerometer assembly system are presented. It solves the problems of the poor statement of precise, assembly compatibility, manual operation, manufacture capability, in order to improve the overall ability of airborned sensors assembly and adjustment.

86 3D Numerical Simulation of Coupled Thermo-Mechanical Process of Continuous Drive Friction Welded Joint

The coupled thermo-mechanical process of continuous drive friction welded carbon steel joint is simulated of three-dimension with the ABAQUS software. The strain, strain rate and temperature-dependent Johnson-Cook material law is adopted in the 3D finite element-based model. The changes of the thermal properties and friction coeffi cient with temperature of the material are also considered. The results show that the numerical simulation data correlate well with the experimental data obtained in this research as well as the experimental data from the literature.

90 Research on Nano-TiAlN Coated Carbide Tool Life in High-Speed Milling AerMet100 Steel#br#

High speed face milling experiments on AerMet100 steel are conducted by using nano-TiAlN coated cemented carbide tools. By analyzing the data of experiments, law of tool life affected by cutting speed and feed per tooth is obtained. Through comparative analysis, a good wear resistance ultra-fi ne grain carbide material is suggested to be used as the tool substrate material under the condition of the lower speed milling, while high-toughness fi ne-grained carbide is suggested under the condition of high-speed milling.

92 Performance and Mechanism Analysis of Surface Micro Arc Oxidation of Nitrogen-Doped Titanium Alloy

TiN film is deposited on the surface of titanium alloy by IBAD. Micro arc oxidation is used to improve the rigidity of the surface of titanium alloy in the different concentration of Na3PO4 . X-ray and element analysis indicates that the surface structure of titanium alloy is a mixture one contents anatase and rutile when the concentration of Na3PO4 increases to 0.03 mol/L, which is better in rigidity compared with the reported research.
