34 Hot Corrosion Behavior of Typical Bond Coats in Thermal Barrier Coatings Systems
YANG Yingfei, REN Pan, BAO Zebin,DENG Chunming, LI Wei
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2020.14.034
In order to investigate the hot corrosion behavior of the commonly-used bond coats for thermal barrier coating system, four typical bond coats (i.e., plain NiAl coating, NiCoCrAlY coating, Pt modified NiAl coating and Pt+Hf co-modified NiAl coating) were comparably evaluated in the mixed salts of Na2SO4/NaCl (mass fraction 75%∶25%) at 900℃. The phase constitution evolution and microstructure change during hot corrosion were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) and X–ray diffractometer (XRD). The results showed that plain NiAl coating degrades fastest during hot corrosion test. In contrast, the degradation rate of NiCoCrAlY coating is slower. The hot corrosion resistance of the two modified NiAl coatings is satisfactory, Pt modified NiAl is the best among the four coatings. It seems that the addition of Hf does not benefit the hot corrosion resistance of Pt–Al coating.

JIANG Zhou, NI Jianyang, ZHANG Xiaofeng, HE Bing, WANG Chao, DONG Lin, DENG Chunming, DENG Changguang, LIU Min
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2020.14.048
Ceramic matrix composite (CMC) has a series of superior properties such as high temperature resistance, low density, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, and is regarded as the first choice material for the new generation of high thrust-to-weight ratio aero-engine high temperature components. In the application environment, CMC has problems such as insufficient resistance to water vapor oxidation. It needs to be in service for a long time under the protection of environmental barrier coatings (EBCs). First, this article introduces the overall development status of ceramic matrix composites and environmental barrier coatings; Second, it discusses ceramic matrix composites and environmental barrier coatings in detail. The research progress and application of ceramic matrix, fiber, interfacial layer and ceramic matrix composites materials are reviewed as well as new research results of scholars at home and abroad in recent years. At the same time, the research progress and preparation methods of environmental barrier coatings are introduced, and the research progress of its failure mechanism is reviewed. The article summarizes the current problems of ceramic matrix composites and environmental barrier coatings as well as prospects for future research.

65 EB–PVD Thermal Barrier Coatings Process Optimization and Antioxidant Performance
WANG Bo, LIU Yang,YUAN Fuhe,CHENG Yuxian, ZHANG Chungang
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2020.14.065
The effects of substrate preheating temperature, flow rate and time of filling oxygen on the thermal shock and oxidation resistance at 1150℃ of an YSZ thermal barrier coatings prepared by EB–PVD were studied by means of an orthogonal test. Thethermal shock cycle number of the coating increases to a maximal value as the substrate preheating temperature rises up to a temperature of 900℃. Nonetheless, it decreases as the preheating temperature further rises. Meanwhile, the thermal shock resistance of the YSZ coating increases with the filling oxygen flow rate and filling time, and it becomes approximately constant with the flow rate and filling time fall over a certain range of values. The optimized process parameters for the EB–PVD YSZ coating involve 900℃ of substrate preheating temperature, 200mL/min of oxygen flow rate and 15min of oxygen filling time.

76 Research on Servo Sealant Applying Method for Fastener Hole
ZHANG Yilian,FAN Yunfei
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2020.14.076
High viscosity sealant is widely used in the field of aviation, because of its poor liquidity and high viscosity, it is difficult to realize automatic sealant applying. Especially for sealant applying on fastener holes, the sealant dosage is strictly controlled. Automatic pneumatic sealant is widely used in the field of automatic drilling and riveting, but the sealant dosage can not be controlled accurately and constantly. So the research on automatic precision sealant applying is necessary. This paper proposed a new method of using servo driving cylinder for sealant applying. It is found that compared with pneumatic control, servo control can guarantee sealant application quantity stably and accurately, and the advantage can be maintained in a certain period of time.

ZHOU Jia, ZENG Guwei
DOI: 10.16080/j.issn1671-833x.2020.14.082
Aiming at improving CNC milling efficiency of discrete aeronautical manufacturing enterprises by using Six Sigma tools and methods and integrating the core idea of international overall equipment efficiency (OEE), and the sample of aluminum alloy parts produced in an aviation enterprise is statistically analyzed based on VERICUT simulation software. Besides, several common problems of inefficient programs are identified. By introducing the concept of efficiency baseline, the project finds a considerable way to control the key factors such as material removal rate (MRR), surface machining rate (SMR), empty knife rate, etc. Finally, a numerical control milling efficiency evaluation method and program control ideas are proposed, which can be used to control the efficiency of the program effectively by preventing the inefficient programs from flowing into the production line, and a lot of time waste, and labor cost can be reduced. As a consequence, the delivery rate of the digital production enterprise can be improved dramatically, and the core competitiveness of the company will be enhanced.
