Abstract By taking DMC60H Horizontal machining center as a test platform, processing of the shell to aluminum alloy parts as study object, NC milling test data is extracted, and BP neural network is used to build optimization model for NC milling parameters. Production proves that NC milling parameter optimization method presented is practical and advanced. It can improve the processing efficiency and is also greatly signifi cant for realizing efficiency optimization.
