Abstract
在本设计中采用机电一体化的技术,通过使用一种计算机算法消除由公垂线引起的系统误差来保证五轴定位平台的定位定姿精度。在零件制造和装配时,轴与轴之间不能零对零相交,它们之间存在公垂线。如果不消除公垂线,将会产生系统误差而无法保证加工精度。本设计使用西门子 840D 作为控制系统,公垂线为系统参数。
