Abstract According to the characteristics and development trend of aircraft assembly line, this paper expounds the connotation and intelligent characteristics of aircraft intelligent lean production line, puts forward the construction structure of aircraft assembly line and the basic components of each system. This paper introduces the overall demand and general process of lean construction of domestic vortex propeller regional aircraft in Modern Ark, and describes the key application technologies and relevant practical applications in the process of building intelligent lean production line. The importance of lean production in production line construction is proven by practice and application.
