Abstract Aiming at the shortcomings of tedious operation and low efficiency in the digital model reconstruction process of electron beam fuses, the NX Open API was used as a development tool to develop a digital-model feature recognition and quick reconstruction system. The identification of typical structural features is achieved by rule-based boundary matching. At the same time, the parameters of the recognition feature and the interactive selection feature are extracted, and the feature reconstruction is completed according to the established rules. Through the digital model feature recognition and rapid reconstruction system, complex reconstruction operations can be realized quickly, and a large number of repeated feature reconstruction work is automatically completed, which improves the efficiency and standardization of digital-to-analog reconstruction.
