Abstract By using self resistance of titanium alloy, electric current can be applied to heating it to high temperature
quickly and forming. In forming process of titanium bellows, there are 4 important parameters to be determined, namely
current size, heating time, bulging pressure and axial pressure. By observing and controlling the thermal field when heating
the bellows, the best thermal field can be got. Through bellows forming process simulation, the initial experimental
parameters can be got, which can provide a reference for subsequent experiments. By controlling thermal field and bellows
forming process simulation, the bellows can be heated to molding temperature, then productivity is improved and pollution
of environment is reduced, the excessive thinning of the bellows is avoided when using complex process of inflatable and
axial load.
