The function and the composition of the measurement system are analyzed. Aiming at one major-part butt item, the aided assembly process, the measurement data treatment and the measurement environmental layout are expatiated. Through the study, our technical base is expanded for the engineering application of the digital measurement technology in the aircraft assembly.
