Abstract:With the development of aerospace technology, the kinds of bearing steel and temperature of bearing capacity are gradually improved. The heat treatment technology of bearing steel plays a key role in the service life and bearing performance of bearing steel. The heat treatment technology of bearing in domestic aerospace industry has been in the development stage, and there is still some room for improvement compared with the heat treatment technology of bearing steel of abroad. By collecting the heat treatment literature of bearing steel in recent years and decades, the development status of heat treatment technology of bearing steel in aerospace industry at home and abroad is summarized. The heat treatment technology of GCr15, 8Cr4Mo4V, G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V bearing steel is briefly described. The structure of martensite isothermal quenching, bainite isothermal quenching, martensite + bainite mixed isothermal quenching of GCr15 bearing steel is introduced. The heat treatment method, parameters and structure of M50 bearing steel of abroad are introduced in detail.
