Abstract:In this paper, the cold work hardening characteristics, static recrystallization characteristics and the effect of heat treatment on the hardness and microstructure of GH141 nickel-based deformation superalloy had been studied. The results show that the solution temperature of GH141 alloy must be above 1060℃. The cooling speed has a significant effect on the hardness, and the effect of water-cooling softening is obviously better than air cooling, which shows that precipitation hardening covers the softening effect of heat treatment during cooling. It needs to be heated above 1050℃for γ′ large-scale dissolution. The recrystallization of the cold deformed alloy can be completed at 1050℃ , and the grain coarsening will occur above 1120℃.
