摘要针对电子束熔丝增材制造数模再建过程中存在特征操作繁琐、效率低的缺点,以 NX Open API 为开发工具,开发了数模特征识别与快捷再建系统。通过基于规则的边界匹配,实现了典型结构特征的识别。同时,提取识别特征和交互式选择特征的参数,按照既定规则完成特征再建。通过数模特征识别与快捷再建系统,能快捷实现复杂再建操作,自动完成大量的重复特征再建工作,提高了数模再建的效率与规范性。
Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of tedious operation and low efficiency in the digital model reconstruction process of electron beam fuses, the NX Open API was used as a development tool to develop a digital-model feature recognition and quick reconstruction system. The identification of typical structural features is achieved by rule-based boundary matching. At the same time, the parameters of the recognition feature and the interactive selection feature are extracted, and the feature reconstruction is completed according to the established rules. Through the digital model feature recognition and rapid reconstruction system, complex reconstruction operations can be realized quickly, and a large number of repeated feature reconstruction work is automatically completed, which improves the efficiency and standardization of digital-to-analog reconstruction.
