Abstract：Ball hinge is a common form of engineering, can provide more freedom of movement ,it can reduce the
complexity of the organization. A new design can prevent the ball hinge from being pull-out. After practice verification, the
design can effectively solve the problem and improve the reliability of ball hinge structure.
