Abstract：To achieve the real-time control of production process and improve the ability for processing uncertainty, the model of multistage push-pull (MPP) are led into, and a control model based on fuzzy control is proposed. The object of dynamic control is to keep the work-in-process inventory at low level and the workflow is balanced, which is achieved by adjusting and controlling the key factor that affect the process real-time in the mode.
