Based on producing process of quality， this paper makes a main line of designing， process planning，
manufacturing of plane， analyzes transforming process from EBOM， PBOM to MBOM. Taking the most representative military plane as example， it puts
forward the model of plane manufacturing process BOM quality-oriented.
