Abstract Based on summarizing typical processing feature of composite components in aerospace field, a process database prototype system for typical components is constructed by using Oracle database management system, B/S architectural structures and Structs framework. The database developed includes machining parameters database for typical feature structure of common composite , program library for digital-controlled processing, common tool library, machining process of some typical components, etc.. It possesses good expansibility and maintainability, and can provide corresponding technical support for digital processing of composites of related enterprises.
