Abstract The rapid inspection method of aircraft parts based on 3D digital model is discussed . The technical implementation route of the rapid inspection complex aircraft parts is explored, especially the geometric engineering quantities of the parts and their assembly, taking account of the digital inspection equipments. The research highlights of digital rapid inspection are presented according to the requirement of aircraft digital development.
