Abstract The article mainly introduces the non-destructive measuring technologies of mechanics, leakage, damage and contact deformation for aviation rubber seals and their applications. The measuring technologies contain pressure difference method for leakage measurement; ultrasonic testing technology for contact stress; infrared thermal imaging technology for damage and leakage detection; digital image correlation method for measuring contact deformation. Meanwhile, the non-contact measurement technologies of aviation rubber seals in the future are prospected.
