Abstract According to the feature of TC1 titanium alloy cover part, the processing property of the part is analyzed.
The influence of some factors such as mould material, temperature, blank holder gap and drawing rate on the drawing formability
of TC1 titanium alloy cover part are discussed, meanwhile the appropriate parameters are optimized. The results
indicate that the proposed technological method is feasible for the integral forming of thin-walled TC1 titanium alloy with
large drawing ratios. Moreover, parts with high quality of flatness can be successfully formed by using air-demoulding
method. It provides a technical reference for picking off the similar parts.
