摘要论述了基于 Web 架构设计自动钻铆机铆接数据管理的实现方案,按照面向对象编程的思想,成功地建立了自动钻铆机铆接数据库; 实现了铆接过程加工参数的调整优化,理想加工参数的自动存取,详尽报表的输出等功能; 提高了大型机翼壁板铆接工艺数据处理的效率和可靠性,对面向小型数据处理系统的开发具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:The realization scheme of the automatic riveting machine’s riveting data management system, which is based on web structure is described. Based on the object-oriented technology, the automatic riveting database system is built up, and the manufacturing parameters of riveting process are adjusted and optimized automatically. Automatical reading and querying of the accurate data, and generating of the report forms in detail are acheived. The efficiency and dependability of data processing for large wing is improved greatly, which is helpful to exploitation of some data processing system oriented to small databases.
